Las Palmeras License # 4395 has five veins on the property and a mining engineering plan in place. The company has built two covered mine shafts with one inclined shaft at a 40 degrees. Other infrastructure build outs include; powder keg storage unit, office building, a covered area for the winch, ventilators and electric compressor. The mine has all the permits and licenses needed under Colombian law. Gold & Silver Ore reserves are estimated at over 195,000 tons of ore at 9.3 grams gold (Au) and 105 grams silver (Ag) per ton.

The concession has three major north-south veins and two east-west veins located in the license area and an engineered mining plan in place. It has access to fresh water and is hooked up to the electric grid at 440 volts connected to a tri-phase 75 KVA transformer with 700 meters of high tension electric lines installed and 6 wooden 10 meter poles . A meter box is in place with 3 phase electric hookups and harness into the mine shaft. Estimated reserves of gold (Au) are a minimum of $55,000.000 at $1000 per ounce. Estimated reserves of silver (Ag) are a minimum of $ 10,000,000 at $16 per ounce. Total confirmed reserves are over $65,000,000 USD (estimate).
